Shipping Methods
All products purchased on mountainairsports.com will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).Please do not submit your order using a P.O. Box as your shipping destination, as UPS cannot process parcels shipping to P.O. boxes. At checkout, you will be given three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders for purchase of $100.00 or more placed on Mountainairsports.com via online checkout qualify for free UPS Ground shipping service within the continental United States. Free UPS Ground service is not available for customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, even though the site shipping calculator may indicate a shipping cost of $0.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the "Summary and Payment" page during checkout.
Service Area
Upon order approval, Mountain Air Sports will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.
*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service. If Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.
At this time, Mountain Air Sports cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Additional Shipping Information
Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as skis, snowboard, packs, travel bags, and other oversized items) may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout. Mountain Air Sports is not responsible for Air shipping cost estimates. Please be aware that shipping large items using UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service can incur shipping charges much higher than UPS Ground shipping service.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $800 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Recommended Shipping Address
Mountain Air Sports recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Mountain Air Sports cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.
Transit Times
The amount of time an order is in-transit from the time it leaves Mountain Air Sports will depend on where it is being shipped and the type of service utilized.
Ground Services
Orders requesting UPS Ground are shipped Monday - Friday and will typically leave our warehouse 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is placed. UPS Ground orders received on Friday - Sunday will usually ship the following Monday. Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 days after leaving Mountain Air Sports.The following is a map, provided by UPS, of delivery times for commercial and residential deliveries using UPS Ground service:
UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states. Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator.
Next Day and 2nd Day Services
Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends) after leaving Mountain Air Sports. Orders sent via UPS 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. UPS guarantees on-time delivery for these services subject to their terms and conditions.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (PT) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.
Mountain Air Sports makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer's remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by UPS, a refund of freight charges, and/or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to the Company's Return Policy.
Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. You can also track your order on the UPS website here. UPS.com Web Tracking
